My understanding of the public sector is rooted in my education as a Master of Public Administration in Local Government, 10+ years of hands-on experience working at the province, local and regional municipal governments, and recently collaborating with health services and school boards. I've gained an insider's perspective on the specific competencies, culture, and hiring structures of these organizations, which I leverage to coach professionals looking to enter and progress within the public sector.
